About Inform Telecom

Established in 2005, Inform Telecom is a privately owned and passionately independent billing, data analysis, procurement and general telecoms consultancy company. We DO NOT provide fixed or mobile airtime services. Nor are we aligned to any particular supplier or network, in fact we have worked with all 4 of the main UK mobile network operators and many independent fixed and mobile providers.

Our aim is simply to help large organisations extract better value from their existing supplier relationship, ensure commercial and contractual adherence or assist with the procurement cycle and help manage the transition process.

Although we do not provide airtime services, we do operate a fully functional mobile and fixed line billing platform, together with our own independent online billing for end users, administrators and managers. It is these tools in conjunction with our significant understanding of the telecoms marketplace that allows us to add significant value to your business.

For many of our clients, we provide a vital component to the management of their telecoms services. Our inside industry knowledge and wealth of experience can often be the difference in obtaining the right solution for their business by ‘plugging the gap’ of uncertainty in a complex market.
