The telecoms market is a complex and fast paced environment, with an abundance of acronyms, technologies and tariffs. Even more complexities exist within commercial and contractual agreements that many companies find difficulty in keeping pace with.

Inform Telecom will not encourage companies to change supplier, unless it is in their specific interests to do so. Our aim is to assist and ‘clear the fog’ by adding industry experience and expertise to your existing departments, whether that be at critical times within the contract lifecycle, at contract renewal time for example or throughout the contract period through our range of services.

Our genuine independence from mobile and fixed line operators allows us to bring an impartial perspective to your company that sometimes can only be gained from a ‘fresh pair of eyes’. Whilst we avoid wherever possible unnecessary change, we will ask challenging questions of current policies and processes, both internally and of your suppliers, in order to assist your business in gaining full visibility and control of telecoms expenditure.
